ADVISED BY PEARDON HEALTH AND SAFETY WITH JOHN PEARDON CMIOSH HAVING CARRIED OUT TRAINING SEMINARS FOR SITE STAFF AND PROVIDED ASSISTANCE WITH REGULAR SITE INSPECTIONS AND ADVICE
Health and Safety is carried on our construction site through the application of health and safety management procedures, that constantly evaluate construction risk and reduces it to a level that is acceptable.
This is accomplished through training, information and instruction, together with the production of method statements and safety systems of work that include the selection of appropriate physical means.
It’s our commitment to provide Health and Safety abundance at work of all our subcontractors, clients ,customers and public by Ser Contractor Ltd who might be perturbed by the activity we carry out.
Our conduct is achieved by improving division between the various people involved at the preparation stage of a construction project, and also while work is being carried out.
We organise the site so that work is carried out to company Health and Safety benchmark and without risk of injury to employees, visitors or damage to equipment or materials.
Mr John Peardon CMIOSH feedback whilst carrying out A Risk Assessment survey at Mitcham site:
“SerContractor Ltd site works were being carried in a safe manner with all employees wearing PPE as required for their work.
The protective polythene and other coverings were in place to cover items likely to be damaged by dust or other work operations all waste and materials removed from each property at the end of each shift.
The residents we met were happy that they were being advised of the programme of work and that disturbance vas being kept to a minimum whilst works were being undertaken.”
